Llewelyn uses Australia Post for deliveries within Australia.  For international orders we use Australia Post Trackable Airmail and Express courier (EMS).  For U.S orders we use USPS.

When you place an order you will receive a reply e-mail acknowledging that your order has been received and your payment card has been debited. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email with your tracking information. We will notify you by email if we experience any significant delays in dispatching your order.

Deliveries are generally dispatched within two business days of placing your order. Deliveries within Australia generally take 2-7 business days via regular post and 2-3 days for Express.


Most International deliveries take 10-20 business days. However on occasion the Customs agency within the destination country may conduct a random security/inspection check on the parcel, which can delay delivery by between 2-6 weeks.


International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes of the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance is payable by you.

The likelihood of you incurring charges and how much these would be is out of our control.  Duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order.
