Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders have tracking numbers. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number and link. If you have any further questions on your delivery, simply contact us at orders@llewelyn.co.
Can I change my order?
Yes, but only if it has not already been processed or sent. Check the tracking status of your order first. If it has not been sent, please email us at orders@llewelyn.co, quoting your name and order number. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to make any changes and you will need to return the order to us for a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel any order that you have just placed with us, please email us at orders@llewelyn.co quoting your name and order number. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to make any changes and you will need to return the order to us for a refund.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes you can. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Can I return an item that was given as a gift?
Sure. However keep in mind the refund can only be credited back to the original purchaser's method of payment.
Received the wrong item?
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us at orders@llewelyn.co quoting your order number, name and brief explanation of what's happened. We will then a) apologise and b) advise how to proceed with the return.
Will I have to pay any taxes and duties for my order?
It is possible, however this happens infrequently. Please see our Delivery & Shipping policy for more info.
What are your payment methods?
We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard and PayPal.
What's the best way to wash and dry my Llewelyn underwear?
To keep garments in top condition we recommend a cool wash, then line dry in shade, turning them inside out to prevent fade. If you're using a dryer, use a warm setting only.
