RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If there's any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please let us know. We will happily reimburse your purchase and the cost of return.
Items can be returned, refunded or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and must be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately garments that have been worn can no longer be returned due to sanitary reasons.
For both returns and refunds, shoot us an email at email@example.com with your order number and a brief description of the fault or issue.
Garments that have already been worn and washed can not be exchanged. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the product you would like to return and the product you would like in exchange. Please make sure the item returned is accompanied with its original packaging.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For your first exchange of products or an order, we will ship your replacement free of charge. If any further exchange on the same order is requested, Llewelyn may charge postage for the shipment to you.
